When you have a mental illness, it’s easy to feel isolated and alone. It doesn’t matter if you have 100 friends, or 1 friend, if they do not understand what you’re going through, it can make you feel like you have no-one. I found having an online community on was a huge deal to me. I got to meet other people who were just like me, who understood and reassured me of all my daily struggles, all whilst not having to leave my comfort zone. Sometimes, knowing that someone else out there gets what it’s like, can make all the difference to your day and how you’re feeling.

Within this part of my blog you will find I write about my journey from when my Anxiety first started, through my diagnosis, counselling, and finally how I’ve managed to keep my Anxiety under control for the most part.
